DIAMTECH is not a factory — we work with partner plants inside the Henan diamond cluster. Within that cluster the diamond chain holds itself up: micron powder and paste feed tool manufacturing, and tools (wheels, saw blades, points, dressing rolls) feed stone, optics, electronics and cutting-tool processing. Because the whole chain sits in one area, we can trace every batch back to its source, match the right plant to each product category, and re-verify before shipment. A partner-factory particle-size report ships with each batch.

Which fractions do you make? Custom?
Standard range 0.25/0.5 … 10/20 μm, W5/W10/W20 in stock. Custom fraction for your process — on request.
How long for a custom fraction?
3–5 days from order to dispatch from the factory. Dozens of plants in the cluster — we match a line to your parameter. If certification is required, allow about 20 days more.
Is it in stock?
W5/W10/W20 are kept in stock. If a grade is missing, we match the closest grade or produce a custom fraction — dispatched from the factory in 3–5 days. Transit time depends on distance and shipping method.
What is the order volume?
From 1 kg for standard diamond micron powder (5 L for suspensions). Volume pricing depends on grade and application. A 1 kg trial batch with a batch report is available.
Do you provide a quality protocol?
Yes, on request: Henan Provincial Quality Supervision & Inspection Center for Synthetic Diamond Micron powder (Zhecheng) — China’s only specialized state lab for diamond micron powder; or the National Center for Quality Inspection of Abrasives (CN). Basic QC of every batch at source.
How to get a sample?
Samples are available, but the sample fee and freight are paid by you (collect); both are credited to your first order. Micron powder can also start at a 1 kg trial batch with a batch report.
Timing and logistics?
Dispatch from the factory takes 3–5 days. Transit time depends on the distance and the shipping method, so it is confirmed per order. Customs clearance and delivery are handled turnkey under one contract.
Payment terms?
TT: 30% deposit, balance before shipment. An invoice is provided.
Are you a factory or a trader? Any supply gaps?
We are a professional diamond trading company, not a factory — and that is our advantage: we work directly with the cluster, selecting, comparing and combining products, and match the best partner plant for each batch. On any disruption we switch within the cluster — no supply stops.
Is diamond micron powder export-controlled from China?
Powder of 50 μm and finer is controlled under China code 2C902.a (HS 7105). Under China Announcement No. 55, enforcement is suspended until 2026-11-10, so no licence is required within that window. Diamond pastes, PCD blanks and finished tools are generally outside licensing.
Do you provide an EAC declaration for Russia?
No — the EAC conformity declaration is the importer's responsibility. DIAMTECH supplies the complete technical file (COA, MSDS, product specification) so your side can complete the EAC filing.
Does certification delay the shipment?
Yes — if certification is required for your shipment, allow about 20 days on top of the 3–5 day dispatch time.
