Laser granulometry

D10 / D50 / D90, grain composition of every batch. Main fraction at least 80–82%.

ICP impurity analysis

Chemical composition, impurities not over 0.4–0.5%. Incoming and outgoing control.

SEM shape control

Electron microscopy of grain shape and surface. Rod-like particles rejected.

Batch traceability

Batch number on every unit of packaging. Full control history on request.

COA sample: AA 7–15 μm
