2. Selection
We clarify material, operation and equipment — then suggest a grade.
3. Dispatch
Trial batch with a QC report: common fractions ship from stock in 48 h; custom fractions are dispatched from the factory in 3–5 days.
4. Testing
You test it on your own equipment. If it works — we agree on a batch.
5. Batch
Batch on request, payment TT: 30% advance, balance before shipment.
6. Delivery
Transit to your warehouse: the time depends on the distance and shipping method, confirmed per order. Documents included.
Customer sample — reverse engineering & custom manufacturing
Send us your diamond powder sample. We perform full parameter analysis and manufacture an identical product to your specification.
1. You send the sample
Send 5–20 g of your powder or suspension. Delivery to China — 7–14 days. We start analysis immediately upon receipt.
2. Laboratory analysis
Laser granulometry (D10/D50/D90), ICP impurity analysis (Fe+Ni+Co), SEM grain shape inspection, magnetic content measurement. Full report in Russian and English.
3. Report & approval
We send you the analysis report in PDF. Agree on target parameters, tolerances and batch size. Adjust formulation if needed.
4. Manufacturing & dispatch
The batch is produced to agreed parameters. Every batch — basic QC; official protocol from a CN state laboratory — on request. Dispatched from the factory in 3–5 days. Order volume agreed individually.
