CBN Abrasive Tools
Cubic boron nitride (CBN) tools — the second hardest material after diamond. Ideal for processing ferrous metals: hardened steels, cast iron, high-speed and bearing steels. Unlike diamond, it does not chemically react with iron at high temperatures.

Cylindrical, ball, conical. For mold processing, hole finishing, removing casting seams on cast iron and steel parts.
Honing stones
CBN stones for honing engine cylinders, liners, hydraulic cylinders. Stable dimensional processing, high surface finish, cross-hatch for oil retention.
CBN reamers & countersinks
For finishing holes in hardened steels and cast iron. High dimensional accuracy (H7–H6), Ra 0.4–0.8 finish, stability in mass production.

Is DIAMTECH a factory or a trading company?
DIAMTECH is a diamond trading and sourcing company, not a factory. We work directly with the Henan cluster, selecting and comparing products across plants and matching the best partner plant for each batch.
What is CBN tooling used for?
CBN (cubic boron nitride) is used in finishing operations on hardened steel, cast iron and HSS, where diamond is unsuitable due to thermal interaction. We match the tool to your steel grade and parameters against your specification.
Do you supply sharpening wheels?
Yes — we supply wheels for sharpening CBN and diamond tools. Diameter and abrasive are matched to your machine against your specification.
How is pricing calculated, and what are the volume terms?
Prices are not published on this site. Cost depends on grade, particle fraction, quantity and delivery terms, and is confirmed by inquiry. Describe your requirement by email and we will send a quotation.
Which quality documents are available?
A COA is issued per batch on request. Test protocols from the Henan Provincial Quality Supervision & Inspection Center for Synthetic Diamond Micron Powder (Zhecheng) — China's only specialized state laboratory for micron powder — or from the National Center are available on request.
Are samples available?
Samples are available, but the sample fee and freight are paid by the buyer (collect); both are credited to the first order. DIAMTECH does not offer free samples.
What are the payment terms?
TT: 30% deposit, balance before shipment. An invoice is provided.
