Jigs & fixtures
Fixtures, nests, clamps and replaceable inserts that must not deform under load.
3D printing filament based on PA6 polyamide reinforced with chopped carbon fiber. Higher stiffness and dimensional stability than standard nylon or PLA — for functional parts, jigs and load-bearing structures.
Besides PA6-CF we offer PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PC+, TPU, PA12, POM, PMMA and other engineering plastics — 46+ materials and 250+ colors in total. Full color list on request.

The values above are a typical window for the PA6-CF material class. Start from them and tune to your printer; exact figures are in the batch spec sheet. Print a test part before a production run.
Fixtures, nests, clamps and replaceable inserts that must not deform under load.
Frames, brackets and mounts where stiffness at low weight matters.
Functional parts, assembly-line fixtures, end-effector elements.
Parts that used to be metal, where weight has become the deciding factor.
Compared with standard nylon and PLA, stiffness is higher and parts hold their dimensions better across temperature swings, because carbon fiber hardly expands. The trade-off is lower impact resistance than unfilled PA — where a part takes sharp blows, unfilled nylon is the better choice.
Abrasiveness: carbon fiber wears brass nozzles within a print or two — fit a hardened steel or ruby nozzle before the first print, not after.

Standard diameter 1.75 mm. Besides the black base colour, 40+ materials and 250+ colours are available, including PC-CF, ASA-CF, PA12-CF, PVA and others.
Yes — it prints using the default settings of industrial FDM printers. Drying the filament before printing is recommended; a 0.6 mm or larger nozzle reduces wear from the carbon fibre.
Yes — we have our own measurements for PA6-CF: density 1.240 g/cm³, tensile strength 80.7 MPa, flexural strength 127.8 MPa, modulus 6165 MPa, IZOD impact 10.0, heat deflection 182.7 °C, Vicat 187.9 °C. The full protocol is available on request.
Prices are not published on this site. Cost depends on grade, particle fraction, quantity and delivery terms, and is confirmed by inquiry. Describe your requirement by email and we will send a quotation.
Samples are available, but the sample fee and freight are paid by the buyer (collect); both are credited to the first order. DIAMTECH does not offer free samples.
A COA is issued per batch on request. Test protocols from the Henan Provincial Quality Supervision & Inspection Center for Synthetic Diamond Micron Powder (Zhecheng) — China's only specialized state laboratory for micron powder — or from the National Center are available on request.
